Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in driving operational designs through selection and application of frameworks, standards, tools, processes and resourcing models.
- Experience in collaborating with product and engineering teams with operational insights.
- Experience with Ads, telecommunication, first-party or third-party ecosystems, engineering productivity.
- Knowledge of technical operations and program management methodologies.
- Ability to design technical solutions, tools, or write scripts to automate routine tasks.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and partner ecosystem that scale Rich Communication Services (RCS) for Business services across Google. You will be responsible for overseeing vendor operations and partner support for RCS for Business with the go-to-market strategy. You will partner in operations and lead partner support for RCS for Business, including general oversight and streamlining. Responsibilities
- Develop and drive technical and operational programs and processes that support RCS for Business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), partner for user needs. Establish a cadence for program reviews, decision-making and prioritization.
- Develop technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions for emerging tests.
- Craft communications that synthesize operational performance, partner needs, and highlight key takeaways for Product, Engineering, and leadership teams.
