As a Program Manager, you will oversee the successful planning, coordination, and execution of projects and programs at Xpress Health. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals with company objectives, track progress, manage budgets, and ensure timelines are met. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring you to provide leadership, guidance, and strategic oversight to ensure success in achieving project outcomes. Regular responsibilities will include developing project scopes, managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and driving process improvements.

• Proficiency in utilizing project management tools, methodologies, and best practices to ensure efficient project execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a relevant field; professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with healthcare technology, is highly desirable.
