Program Manager – Operations & Growth

The Role

We're looking for a sharp, execution-obsessed Program Manager to drive high-impact operations and growth initiatives at Turno. You'll sit at the intersection of business, product, and operations — owning complex, cross-functional programs that directly move our growth metrics. This isn't a coordination role; it's a builder role.

If you thrive in ambiguity, have strong opinions about process, and default to AI tools to do your best work, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

● Own programs end-to-end — from scoping and planning through execution and impact measurement — across operations and growth functions.

● Drive cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, sales, credit, and operations teams to unblock and accelerate key initiatives.

● Build and improve operational systems — design scalable processes, SOPs, and dashboards that give the business real-time visibility and control.

● Track and report program health — define KPIs, maintain program trackers, and proactively flag risks and blockers to leadership.

● Support growth experiments — coordinate go-to-market pilots, new market launches, and partnership rollouts with rigor and speed.

● Leverage AI tools natively — use LLMs, automation tools, and AI-assisted workflows to compress timelines and raise the quality bar.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

● 3–5 years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, or a similar role at a startup or high-growth company.

● Demonstrated experience in fintech or payments — you understand lending workflows, disbursement cycles, collections, or payment ops.

● Solid at creating/tweaking existing processes & launching new initiatives across the organisation: Team player who can get things done!

● Strong command of structured problem-solving — you can break down a messy problem, build a plan, and execute with minimal hand-holding.

● Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs without dropping the ball.

● Excellent communication skills — you write clearly, present confidently, and adapt your style for engineers and executives alike.

● AI-native mindset — you actively use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or similar in your daily workflow and can identify where AI can replace or accelerate manual work.

Nice-to-Have

● Prior experience at a fintech, NBFC, or digital lending company.

● Familiarity with EV, mobility, or consumer lending in India.

● Hands-on experience with tools being used in the fintech world

● Exposure to SQL or data querying to pull your own insights.
