CRM Application Developer

• Identify, design, develop, program, conduct research for, and implement internal systems, applications and utilities to take full advantage of functionality in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and other Marketing and Sales applications.

• Deliver application/software functionality through programming and configuring software, code reviews and testing. You may provide technical design for others to code as well.
• 
  
• Advise on new techniques and estimated costs associated with new or revised programs and utilities, taking into consideration personnel, time, and hardware requirements, and makes trade-off analyses; develop general and detailed documentation describing system specifications and operating instructions; and revise existing systems and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.

• Serve as liaison between business analysts and on/offshore development leading small project teams through all phases of the development lifecycle.

• May represent the organization providing solutions to technical problems associated with CRM projects

Minimum Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems or equivalent technical degree with a minimum of 5+years experience in business systems programming.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
• Apply and enhance development standards while performing system analysis, design and programming.
• Proficient understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Adeptly apply appropriate methodologies to design, code, test, implement and maintain systems; in support of the creation and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform is desirable.
• Proactively maintain an awareness of existing, new and emerging technologies with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development best practices.
• Practiced understanding of Relational Database design and development.
• Competently analyze development issues and communicate issues and resolutions to the project team.
• Consistently prepare, write, review and maintain effective system software procedures and documentation.
• Experience in developing web-based applications is desirable.
• Knowledge of BI technologies/tools and experience delivering BI solutions are desirable.
• Experience working with Marketing Automation or Demand Generation integration with SFA systems a plus.
• Experience with IIS, .NET Framework, C#.NET, VB.NET, JavaScript, HTML, SQL or PL SQL a plus.
