Role Overview :

The Program Manager acts as a force multiplier for Trianz s functional leadership, owning the execution infrastructure that translates strategic intent into measurable outcomes; Program Manager independently structures programs, maintains accountability across cross-functional teams, and ensures that critical initiatives are delivered on time and with meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Initiative Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end execution of strategic programs assigned by the functional head from planning through delivery and outcome measurement
  • Translate leadership priorities into structured work plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and risk flags
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for initiative progress, escalation, and stakeholder communication

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Drive alignment across internal teams sales, delivery, marketing, alliances, finance, and HR to ensure program workstreams stay on track
  • Facilitate working sessions, steerco updates, and cross-team reviews; manage follow-through on decisions and action items
  • Identify interdependencies between programs and proactively surface conflicts or resourcing gaps to leadership

Execution Rigor and Operating Cadence

  • Build and maintain program trackers, dashboards, and status reporting that give functional heads real-time visibility into initiative health
  • Establish operating rhythms (weekly syncs, QBRs, retrospectives) and ensure they run efficiently
  • Drive closure on open items; hold teams accountable to commitments without formal authority

Stakeholder Management

  • Prepare executive-ready updates, briefing documents, and decision memos for functional heads and leadership
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and, where applicable, external partners or vendors involved in program execution
  • Communicate proactively flag risks early, present options, and recommend courses of action

Continuous Improvement

  • Document learnings from program execution and feed them into improved planning frameworks, templates, and processes for the function
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate execution velocity, reduce friction, or improve handoffs across teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar program management certification is an added advantage.
  • 8–10 years of experience in program management, business operations, strategic planning role within a technology company, management consultancy, or enterprise IT services firm.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional programs with direct accountability for outcomes
  • Prior experience working in or closely with alliances, marketing, or professional services functions is strongly preferred.
