Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional programs while serving as a primary point of contact for customers. This role requires a strong mix of technical understanding, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has experience managing both technical and non-technical programs, can communicate effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders, and thrives in a customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Delivery Management

  • Own end-to-end delivery of multiple programs, from planning and execution through closure
  • Define program scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
  • Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery

Customer Engagement

  • Act as the primary interface for customers throughout the program lifecycle
  • Lead customer discussions including kickoff meetings, status reviews, escalations, and post-delivery reviews
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into clear program requirements

Technical & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, product, design, operations, and QA teams
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly communication for customers and leadership
  • Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams to align priorities and dependencies

Stakeholder Management

  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Provide regular program updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely decision-making

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Implement and improve program management frameworks, tools, and best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, quality, and customer experience

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or similar roles
  • Proven experience managing customer-facing programs
  • Experience handling both technical programs (software, platforms, integrations, systems) and non-technical initiatives (process, operations, business programs)
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, multiple priorities, and cross-functional dependencies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background working with SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-driven organizations
  • Experience working with global or distributed teams
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar

PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications (Good to have)
