Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Program Manager to lead key initiatives aimed at creating new revenue channels and optimizing our current channels. As a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, you will play a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities within our admission counseling funnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cross-functional teams to ensure complete alignment and the achievement of optimal results.

Roles & responsibilities:

Drive Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic initiatives focused on creating new revenue channels and optimizing existing ones. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to drive informed decision-making. Continuously assess and refine strategies to adapt to evolving market conditions.

Initiative Tracking and Evaluation: Establish robust tracking mechanisms for strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate monitoring of progress. Conduct regular assessments to determine the success of initiatives and extract valuable insights for continuous improvement. Identify and address any roadblocks or challenges hindering the success of initiatives.

Growth Opportunity Identification: Analyze and identify growth opportunities within the current admission counseling funnel. Conduct thorough market research to uncover potential areas for expansion and improvement. Work closely with relevant teams to translate identified opportunities into actionable plans.

Hands-On Execution: Act as a hands-on leader, actively involved in the execution of strategic plans. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure strong execution. Address challenges and roadblocks promptly to keep initiatives on track.

Cross-Functional Team Management: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments. Drive a results-oriented approach, maintaining focus on achieving key performance indicators and strategic objectives.

Skills Required -

1. Having atleast 8 years experience in strategic program management roles

2. Experience in identifying and implementing growth strategies and track record of successfully executing such strategies in the past

3. Highly proficient in Advanced Excel

4. Ability to quickly understand processes, user profiles and user journey

5. Ability to drive solutions to complex problems quickly and successfully, both individually and as part of a team effort

6. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and deadlines

7. Experience working and establishing credibility with colleagues spanning over Sales, Customer Support, MIS & Business teams and has strong written and verbal communication skills

8. Experience driving strategic initiatives, hands on experience in managing and developing new business lines
