As a program manager, you will be responsible of driving high visibility and high impact projects from start to finish primarily focused in engineering and product development. As program manager at ShopClues, you will be responsible of handling all the key aspects of technology and product development such as identifying stakeholders, documenting business requirements, coming-up with list of deliverables, developing communication strategy for the project, managing time-line and cost, managing scope creep, and developing acceptable criteria.
An ideal candidate will possess following:
1. Highly developed skills for problem solving and strategic thinking
2. An engineering degree preferred
3. Excellent communication skills is a must
4. Prior experience in E-Commerce, retail, or comparison shopping preferred
5. Prior experience or training in program management or product management preferred
6. Attention to detail
7. Ability to collaborate across departments
8. Result oriented and ready to take ownership
9. Desire to make impact and high work ethics
10. This role requires working directly with senior management team
