DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing hackathons and innovation programs end-to-end. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring smooth delivery of projects within timelines.
Responsibilities- Plan and manage hackathons and programs from initiation to closure
- Create and track timelines, budgets, and execution plans
- Coordinate with clients, mentors, judges, vendors, and internal teams
- Anticipate risks and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery
- Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 25 years of experience in operations, program management, or events
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets / documentation tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
