AI Operations Program Manager who is excited about building the future of how marketing teams operate. In this role, you'll help bring AI to life across our marketing and digital services teams. You will design systems, build automation, and partner with leaders to integrate AI tools into everyday workflows.

What You'll Do
- Drive AI adoption across marketing
- Partner with leaders across the CMO organization to identify and prioritize opportunities where AI and automation can improve workflows, productivity, and outcomes.
- Build and manage AI-powered tools
- Design, train, and refine GPT-powered assistants that support content creation, campaign execution, analytics, and internal workflows.
- Create scalable automation systems
- Develop and deploy automation using platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, N8N, Airtable, and other connected tools to streamline marketing operations.
- Operate and improve AI-driven workflows
- Monitor and manage a growing ecosystem of AI-powered assistants to ensure reliable performance and consistent output quality.
- Continuously optimize systems
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, refine workflows, and document processes so solutions can scale across teams.
- Enable teams to use AI confidently
- Lead onboarding, training, and enablement sessions that help marketing teams understand and adopt AI tools in their daily work.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools
- Research and test new technologies that could improve marketing performance, recommending tools that align with team needs and long-term strategy.
- Measure impact
- Define and track metrics such as time saved, increased production capacity, or improved campaign performance to demonstrate the value of AI initiatives.
- Ensure responsible AI practices
- Help maintain ethical AI usage, data privacy standards, and compliance with internal governance policies.
What You Bring
- 24 years of experience in marketing operations, workflow automation, AI implementation, or related technical marketing roles
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, AI, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- A strong understanding of marketing and go-to-market operations, including campaigns, content, analytics, and marketing technology.
- Hands-on experience with automation and AI tools such as Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, Google Sheets, GPT-based tools, or similar platforms.
- The ability to translate technical systems into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- A curiosity-driven mindset with comfort experimenting, testing ideas, and continuously improving systems.
