Key Responsibilities
1. Inbound to Footfall Ownership
- Own the complete journey from lead capture to store visit scheduling
- Design structured lead engagement flows across calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality follow-ups
- Build a seamless experience that drives customers to visit stores
2. Process Design & Optimization
- Create and refine standard operating processes (SOPs) for lead handling
- Improve speed, consistency, and quality of interactions
- Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and implement practical solutions
- Drive operational discipline across the pre-sales workflow
3. AI & Tools Implementation
- Evaluate and deploy AI-driven tools for lead qualification, follow-ups, and communication
- Automate repetitive workflows to improve team productivity
- Leverage CRM systems, WhatsApp automation, and conversational tools effectively
- Continuously explore new technologies to enhance conversion and efficiency
4. Vendor & Solution Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard external vendors and technology partners
- Work with solution providers across CRM, automation, calling platforms, and AI tools
- Negotiate, implement, and manage these solutions to fit business needs
- Stay updated on market innovations and bring in relevant capabilities
5. Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the pre-sales / inside sales team
- Set clear processes, communication standards, and expectations
- Train the team on structured selling, follow-ups, and tool usage
- Build a culture of ownership, responsiveness, and customer focus
6. Marketing Alignment
- Work closely with marketing to ensure smooth lead flow and effective engagement
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
- Align messaging and outreach with campaign intent
- Support initiatives that improve walk-ins and customer intent
7. Customer Experience & Journey Design
- Ensure a consultative and helpful experience for every inbound lead
- Design scripts and engagement frameworks that build trust and urgency
- Maintain consistency in communication across channels
Essential Qualifications
- 2–3 years post-graduation, or 1–2 years post MBA
- Experience in pre-sales, inside sales, business operations, or similar roles (B2C preferred)
- Strong understanding of lead funnels and customer journeys
- Ability to build and execute structured processes and SOPs
- Comfort with AI tools, CRM systems, and automation platforms
- Strong ownership mindset with high execution rigor
- Good communication skills with a customer-first, consultative approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in interiors, home decor, retail, or real estate
- Exposure to high-volume inbound lead funnels
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team
- Experience working with vendors or external tools/solutions
- Strong interest in AI-led workflow optimization and automation
