What you'll do:
- Prototype, develop, and unit-test scalable features in the highest quality
- Collaborate with teammates on the best approaches for problem solving
- Perform code reviews, provide feedback to team members on coding techniques and respond effectively to feedback from reviewers
- Plan, develop, monitor and evolve needed infrastructure in collaboration with Ops partners
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues
- Adopt a highly reciprocal team that requires effective communication and quality contributions across multiple geographies
Requirements:
- BTech/ MS in Computer Science or related fields or extensive software development experience.
- Frontend engineer, with 4+ years of relevant industry experience, who will develop responsive, scalable user interfaces and also support backend service deployment using Node.js. The ideal candidate is strong in frontend engineering but comfortable working across the stack to integrate APIs, deploy backend services, and ensure smooth end-to-end functionality.
- Strong proficiency in React (hooks, context API, state management) and solid working knowledge of at least one other modern framework, along with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with frontend tooling and testing - including build tools (Webpack, Vite), CSS frameworks (Tailwind, SASS/SCSS, Styled Components), and testing libraries (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software
- Should have excellent computer science fundamentals and a good understanding of architecture, design, and performance
- Creative troubleshooting skills, ability to construct creative approaches to problems
- Excellent communication skills. Willingness to work under pressure. Hunger to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of agentic engineering tools and practices - including AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor), prompt engineering for code generation, and the ability to integrate and interact with LLM-based APIs or agent frameworks in frontend applications.
