Job description Program manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with different internal teams, external teams & organisational leaders to gather requirements, develop action plan & drive tech and product initiatives to completion
- Communicate clearly to different cross-functional teams (Tech, Ops, product & leadership)
- Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data; Define, prioritise & measure key metrics
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, and recommend system modifications.
- Define and document release and sprint plans by collaborating with tech and business team
- Provide data backed requirements and set plans for effective monitoring of feature that go live.
- Provide market/customer context, define detailed acceptance criterion, story acceptance and refinement and communicate decision to the product engineering team
- To translate market/customer requirements to define WHAT needs to be done and WHY in the form of tech consumable requirements
- Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends
What we are looking for in a candidate
- 2-4 years of experience as a Product management / Program management role.
- Experience with SQL, spreadsheets , Jira
- Strong business acumen, excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Experience of working with cross-functional teams.
- Should be able to run analysis on data to deduce patterns, insights and user behaviour
- Strong communication, execution, quantitative skills
- Should be able to formulate requirements clearly that help us achieve business metrics.
- Master's Degree / MBA would be an added advantage
- Core skills needed - Stakeholder management, Data analysis, Reporting, communications, Product development
- Tools - Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SQL & Jira
