About the Role

The Associate Program Manager / Senior Executive PGP Career Preparation will play a critical operations and

execution role in enabling career readiness for students. This role requires strong analytical ability, process

ownership, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management to ensure smooth execution of

department processes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Process Management

  • Own end-to-end execution of career preparation processes and workflows
  • Coordinate on-campus operations related to career preparation and placements
  • Manage dashboards, trackers, and reports using strong analytical skills
  • Ensure accuracy and timely updates across all internal systems

Dashboarding & Analytics

  • Create and maintain dashboards for student readiness, recruiter engagement, mentor mapping, and process tracking
  • Analyze data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas
  • Share regular reports and insights with leadership and cross-functional teamsMentor Union End-to-End Ownership
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of the Mentor Union program
  • Align mentors, alumni, and industry professionals with recruiting brands and companies
  • Allocate and delegate mentors to companies and student cohorts based on requirements
  • Coordinate mentor communication, scheduling, and engagement

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Career Prep, Placements, Academics, Operations, and Marketing teams
  • Act as the point of contact for recruiters, mentors, alumni, and internal stakeholders
  • Support employer engagement and recruitment processes through coordination and execution

Student & Query Management

  • Handle and resolve student queries related to career preparation and placements
  • Ensure timely communication and a smooth student experience
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication trails

Vendor & Finance Coordination

  • Manage vendor coordination, ticket handling, and service follow-ups
  • Prepare and validate invoices, trackers, and documentation
  • Coordinate with the finance team for timely processing and closures

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • 25 years of experience in operations, program management, analytics and execution roles
  • Experience in execution at scale and process management preferred

Skills

  • Strong analytical and dashboarding skills (Excel & Google Sheets required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong execution, prioritization, and multitasking ability
  • Effective stakeholder and vendor management skills
