About the role

As an Program Manager (US Team), you'll be the backbone of our production engine.

You'll work closely with writers, voice artists, sound engineers, and creative teams supporting the US market, ensuring everything runs on time, at quality, and without chaos.

This role requires strong communication skills, as you'll be coordinating across teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring clarity at every step.

What you'll actually do

Keep production running smoothly

Manage day-to-day workflows and ensure seamless coordination between writing, voice-over, and audio teams

Track timelines like a pro

Monitor schedules, manage deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of episodes

Maintain quality standards

Support quality checks for audio and subtitle content to ensure consistency and accuracy

Fix what's slowing things down

Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to make workflows more efficient

Work across teams

Collaborate with creative, tech, motion graphics, and production teams to ensure smooth execution

Support tools and systems

Assist in testing and implementing tools that improve production workflows

Solve problems fast

Troubleshoot operational challenges and coordinate solutions with the right teams

You'll thrive here if you

  • Have 1–5 years of experience in operations, production, or coordination roles
  • Have excellent communication skills (must-have) — clear, structured, and confident
  • Are highly organized and good at multitasking
  • Can coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders
  • Are comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Slack, Docs
  • Can adapt quickly and learn new tools
  • Work well in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Have a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Are flexible with work hours (including shifts/weekends if required)

  • You're extremely detail-oriented and process-driven
