The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to own the end-to-end execution of our Physical AI initiative. You will bridge research, engineering, hardware, and product to drive complex, cross-functional programs from concept to deployment. This is a high-ownership role- you are the connective tissue that keeps ambitious timelines intact and teams aligned.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the full program lifecycle for Physical AI workstreams - scope, plan, track, and ship.
- Define and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency maps across hardware, software, and data teams.
- Drive weekly execution rhythms: standups, reviews, retrospectives, and escalation paths.
- Identify and proactively resolve cross-team blockers, risks, and resource gaps.
- Partner with research and engineering leads to translate ambiguous problems into structured execution plans.
- Create clear, concise status communication for stakeholders at all levels — including leadership.
- Contribute to process improvements that scale as the Physical AI team grows.
What are we looking for-
- 3-6 years of program or project management experience in tech or deep-tech environments.
- Proven track record managing cross-functional programs with hardware + software dependencies.
- Strong command of program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, milestone-based planning).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to simplify complexity for any audience.
- Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, computer vision, or a related deep-tech domain is a strong plus.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where the playbook is often written as you go.
- Hands-on familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or equivalent.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field preferred.
