Base Location - Gurugram

Working Days - 5.5 days (Even Sat offs)

Reporting To - Business Head

Travel Frequency - Low ( As and when required)

Purpose of the Role

The Program Manager Valet is responsible for leading and executing high-impact programs that drive operational excellence, business growth, and cross-functional alignment within the Valet business. This role is central to defining business requirements, managing end-to-end project implementation, and optimizing key operational processes. By collaborating with operations, sales, and product teams, the Program Manager ensures seamless rollouts, effective stakeholder coordination, and continuous process improvement, contributing to the overall success and scalability of the Valet vertical in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

-Drive end-to-end program objectives by defining business requirements, translating them into actionable project plans, managing implementation activities across a wide range of stakeholders, and executing rollout strategies, along with providing ongoing support. -Act as a catalyst across multiple operational processes, optimizing workflows and ensuring smooth handover to respective owners for sustained control and efficiency. -Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Product, to lead and deliver high-impact, strategic projects. -Leverage data-driven decision-making by monitoring key metrics, tracking issue resolution progress, and reporting outcomes to senior stakeholders and leadership until full implementation. -Foster strong working relationships across teams, ensuring alignment, seamless execution, and a high standard of process excellence. -Continuously identify, assess, and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and business impact.

Desired Candidate Profile.

-Strong results-oriented mindset, with a clear focus on driving outcomes and delivering impact. -48 years of relevant experience, preferably in program management, operations, or cross-functional project leadership. -Demonstrated analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and strong problem-solving skills, paired with sound business acumen. -Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to influence and align stakeholders. -Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing demands without losing sight of critical priorities

Key Interactions

Internal Stakeholders: Tech & product, Finance & Corporate functions, Internal Valet Business Team (Central, City Heads, ABM, AE), Founder's Office, Program Managers of connected businesses (POS, Parking)

External Stakeholders: Client - admin manager, Client - Finance
