Program Manager, Marketing

Job Role :

• Support campaign launches — planning, execution, coordination across teams
• Work on retention marketing — win-back, re-engagement, lifecycle nudges
• Build and refine customer segmentation for targeted campaigns
• Support Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) — mapping journeys, tracking triggers, reporting performance
• Contribute to loyalty program initiatives — design inputs, communication, tracking
• Analyse campaign and customer data to find what's working and what's not
• Use AI tools daily to draft, analyse, summarise, and speed up all of the above
• Build templates/workflows that make recurring work faster next time

Who we're looking for:

• Uses ChatGPT/Claude daily for real work, can explain how they prompt and iterate
• Interest in customer marketing, retention, and lifecycle concepts
• Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and campaign data
• Proactive, organized, relentless about chasing things to closure
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting project priorities

Preferred: Marketing background (BBA/BCOM/MBA or equivalent) recognized institute. Portfolio and sharp thinking can outweigh pedigree.
