Program Manager, Marketing

Job Role:

• Own assignments end-to-end — data pulls, analysis, reports, presentations
• Support marketing and customer-centric automation and technical workflows across tools/platforms
• Use AI tools daily to write queries, debug, draft, and analyse — then polish to professional standard
• Track new tools and tech relevant to the business
• Build templates/workflows that make recurring work faster next time
• Work shifts project to project — no fixed scope

Who we're looking for:

• Uses ChatGPT/Claude daily for real work, can explain how they prompt and iterate
• Basic comfort with data/logic — spreadsheets, queries, or code — or proof of picking it up fast
• Curious, self-taught on new tools, doesn't wait to be shown
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities

Preferred: Tech Background with Business & Marketing interest, recognized institute. Portfolio and sharp thinking can outweigh pedigree.
