Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Program Manager/ Program Manager to drive high-impact strategic initiatives at Leap. In this role, you will work directly on projects that can meaningfully improve how our core funnels and user experiences operate.

You will take ownership of ambiguous, high-priority problems and drive them from idea → execution → scale. This role requires someone who can move fast, think from first principles, and build solutions even when the path isn't clearly defined. Speed and momentum matter more than perfection here

What You'll Do:

Drive Strategic Initiatives - Lead projects that improve key business funnels and user journeys across the company

Strategize → Build → Operate → Transfer - Own projects end-to-end — from identifying the problem to launching solutions and eventually transferring ownership to business teams

Handcraft User Experiences - Work closely with product, operations, and business teams to design better user journeys across the funnel

Solve 0→1 Problems - Take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear execution plans through experimentation, data, and structured thinking

Partner with Business Leaders - Act as a strategic partner to business unit leaders to identify gaps, unblock teams, and accelerate execution

Run Strategic Research - Work on open-ended projects like market research, opportunity sizing, user insights, or new business opportunities

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2–5 years of experience, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience working in 0→1 environments (experimentation, hypothesis testing, MVPs).
  • Exposure to 1→100 scaling challenges (process design, operational efficiency, scaling teams).
  • Strong first-principles thinking and ability to move from ambiguity → clarity quickly.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority.
  • Ability to move at high speed while maintaining strong judgment.
  • Comfortable with rapid iteration, experimentation, and solving messyproblems.

What Success Looks Like

  • You improve key funnels through smart experimentation and execution.
  • You ship projects faster than expected and with high impact.
  • Leaders rely on you to solve problems that don't have clear owners.
  • You bring clarity, momentum, and structure to ambiguous initiatives.
