Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with the Growth Manager and other stakeholders to drive initiatives within relevant business areas of Vyapar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Growth Manager to implement business strategies.
• Analyze data and generate insights to optimize program performance.
• Assist in the execution of projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an MBA from a tier-1/2 college.
• Strong data analytical skills.
• High ownership and a proactive approach.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
