Role: L&D (Learning & Development)- Manager
Shift : 11am 8pm
Mode : Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
1. Learning Strategy & Planning
- Develop annual L&D strategy aligned to business objectives
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Create competency frameworks and skill development plans
2. Program Design & Delivery
- Design leadership, behavioral, functional, and compliance training
- Manage ILT, VILT, eLearning, digital and blended programs
- Ensure high-quality learning experiences
3. Team & Vendor Management
- Lead internal L&D team (trainers, coordinators, instructional designers)
- Manage external training partners and consultants
- Oversee training calendars and logistics
4. Performance & Capability Development
- Support succession planning and leadership pipelines
- Drive employee development initiatives
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders
Technical/Functional Skills
Strong expertise in
- Facilitation (in person & virtual)
- Instructional design & content development
- Program & Project management
Education & Experience
- Post Graduate qualification in HR, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Psychology, or related fields preferred.
- 6 10 years of experience in Learning & Development with:
- Significant experience in program management
- Familiarity with Workday/LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning ecosystems
