Designation: Manager Programs
Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years in any of the four thematic areas of Livelihood, or Environment, streams with excellent verbal & written English communication skills, along with experience in drafting & managing social interventions
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Design & Proposal Writing: Lead the conceptualization, drafting, and timely submission of project proposals and technical documents for donor consideration.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and ongoing engagement.
- Program Implementation: Oversee on-ground execution as per the approved Project Implementation Plan (PIP).
- Client & Donor Coordination: Drive program discussions with clients/donors, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational values.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and quality in technical proposals, reports, and financial projections.
- Presentations & Representation: Deliver technical presentations and participate in high-level meetings with donors and stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and supervision to the project team to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and leadership as required.
Required Skills and Experience- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing social development programs.
- Proven experience in writing and presenting project proposals.
- Strong command over English (verbal and written).
- Sound understanding of project management tools and processes.
- Ability to manage diverse teams and work under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for project needs.
Location: Okhla Phase III, New Delhi (On-site)
Annual Remuneration: Maximum up to 80,000 per month, based on last drawn salary and relevant experience
