Role: Senior Manager Program (Health Insurance)

Reporting to: Head Health Insurance Customer Experience
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager Program to lead execution of key programs within the
Health Insurance business. The role is responsible for driving initiatives across insurance
partners, product, technology and operations ensuring ideas move from concept to
implementation and scale across a large agent ecosystem. This role requires a high bias for
action. This role lies at intersection of business development, tech and operations
Key Responsibilities
- Drive rollout of initiatives like process enhancements, and process automation which directly impact business growth
- Lead operational and system-related discussions with insurance partners and senior stakeholders.
- Own execution of business initiatives such as health cross-sell programs with defined targets.
Other Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and adoption of new processes and tools across a 500+ agent
- operations floor.
- Drive simplification of workflows through process and system improvements.
- Own end-to-end delivery of programs involving insurers, product, tech, operations, and partners.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, operations, or cross- functional roles
- Should hold an MBA/ PGDM degree from Tier 1 college
- Strong program execution and ownership mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link CX initiatives to revenue outcomes.
- Structured problem-solving and process-thinking mindset.
- Working understanding of APIs, system integrations, and tech-driven workflows.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
