Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on service performance for assigned accounts.
- Ensure timely distribution of performance reports to regional/global customers and management.
- Identify performance trends and hotspots.
- Develop integrated performance reports consolidating data from individual service providers.
- Support and coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with customers.
- Manage billing and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge in logistics and distribution.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Experience with multiple reporting applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to identify issues, trends, and develop data-based recommendations.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with multiple reporting applications, preferably handling large-sized customers. SPL knowledge is preferred.
Qualification:
Tertiary or University degree; basic knowledge of Inventory Management software.
