Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzeand report on service performance for assigned accounts.

• Ensuretimelydistribution of performance reports to regional/global customers and management.

• Identifyperformance trends and hotspots.

• Develop integrated performance reportsconsolidatingdata from individual service providers.

• Support and coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with customers.

• Manage billing and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong analytical skills.

• Knowledge inlogisticsand distribution.

• Proficient in MS Office tools.

• Experience with multiple reporting applications.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability toidentifyissues, trends, and develop data-based recommendations.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience with multiple reporting applications, preferably handling large-sized customers. SPL knowledge is preferred.

Qualification:
Tertiary or University degree basic knowledge of Inventory Management software.
