Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle across IT and Telecom domains from initiation to closure
Apply Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies based on project needs
Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and demos
Drive collaboration among internal teams and third-party vendors for seamless delivery
Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, trackers, milestones and logs
Ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget while managing multiple priorities
Define scope, feasibility and deliverables during project initiation phase
Monitor KPIs and proactively manage risks, blockers and project issues
Maintain transparent and structured communication with clients and stakeholders
Conduct client meetings for requirement gathering and expectation management
Execute risk management practices to reduce project delivery obstacles
Perform budget tracking, cost monitoring and financial reporting with corrective actions
Prepare and deliver presentations for clients, leadership and internal teams
Travel as required for project engagements including short-term or extended onsite support
Utilize Microsoft Office tools for tracking, reporting and analysis

Mandatory Skills

PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification
Minimum 7-8 years of project management experience in IT and Telecom
Hands-on experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid models
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello and Confluence
Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making abilities
