Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless and efficient project execution.
  • Deliver all projects on time, within scope, and within the approved budget.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives by involving all key stakeholders and validating technical feasibility.
  • Ensure optimal resource availability and effective allocation across project activities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress and track milestones.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using structured verification techniques.
  • Measure and evaluate project performance using standard tools and methodologies, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform comprehensive risk management to minimize delivery risks and ensure project stability.
  • Establish productive working relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
  • Create, update, and maintain all project-related documentation to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Conduct detailed meetings with clients to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and finalize project briefs.
  • Track overall project performance, including short-term achievements and long-term objectives.
  • Meet defined budgetary goals and adjust project constraints based on financial insights and analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans for internal teams and clients to ensure clarity and alignment at all stages.

Requirements / Must-Have & Good-to-Have Skills

Must-Have

  • Proven experience in managing IT projects.
  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Solid organizational capabilities, with strong attention to detail and effective multitasking.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
  • PMP certification.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, MS Project (MPP), and other MS Office tools.

Good-to-Have

  • Prior experience in structured project management roles.
  • Additional certifications or training in project management methodologies.
