Required Skills & Experience
Proven ability to relay the right message at the right time to the right individual.
Skilled at identifying pain points and creation of engaging documentation.
Fluent with Jira and Confluence.
AI-aware, with experience managing projects in AI-driven environments.
Knowledge of exotic derivative products.
Working knowledge of Excel and VBA.
Strong presentation skills – adept at preparing value-adding PowerPoint decks.

This is a business first role , meaning the candidate will need full domain awareness Derivative Pricing , Valuations , Exotic Trade Life Cycle, Regulations. Incumbent will sit physically with Business and Technology to solve problems and measure success.
