Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute large-scale employee events such as Townhalls, Hackathons, All Hands meetings, and conferences to create delight and pride.
  • Drive cross-organizational initiatives to embed cultural values and tenets with employees.
  • Act as an advocate for employees, partnering with IT, Finance, Facilities, and Workplace teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support site leadership in fostering a strong and positive work culture.
  • Manage program budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation for seamless execution.
  • Monitor employee sentiment, gather feedback, and ensure continuous improvement of engagement initiatives.
