Exide Energy Solutions Ltd is setting up India's first Giga plant to manufacture Lithium Ion Cells in Bengaluru.
Purpose/Objective
The candidate needs to function under PMO, delivering successful Projects within in agreed timelines by mitigating risks and proper stakeholder management.

Roles And Responsibility
Program Execution & Delivery
Manage end-to-end program execution, ensuring adherence to defined timelines, scope, and budget.Work closely with engineering, R&D, procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of Li-Ion battery pack programs.Track program progress, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate critical issues to senior leadership when required.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product Management, Operations, and Sales teams, to align program objectives.Ensure seamless coordination between different departments to meet customer and business requirements.Act as a bridge between technical teams and business functions to streamline workflows.
Customer & Vendor Engagement
Engage with customers for program updates, requirement gathering, and issue resolution.Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely availability of materials and components.Support Sales teams in customer interactions related to program commitments.
Risk Management
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure program stability.Troubleshoot program challenges and work on corrective actions.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure programs adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal Quality Processes.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, risk registers, and status updates.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering
Preferred specializations: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics.
3 – 6 years of experience in Program or Project Management
Industry Preference
Manufacturing
Automotive / EV (Electric Vehicle)
Energy storage / battery industry
Industrial engineering environments
Mandatory Skills
Project Management (Any tool), Planning, Excellent communication skills, Excellent presentation skills.
