Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
• Drive critical sales and customer development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to accelerate business performance.
Project Management
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and accountability across teams.
• Establish clear frameworks and KPIs to monitor progress and success.
• Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to achieve project goals.
Operational Excellence
• Streamline and manage regular business reviews, including preparing high-quality presentations and reports.
• Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations and alignment across teams.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Data Analysis & Insights
• Analyze business performance metrics to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and drive accountability.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Build strong relationships across teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment among stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence across the organization.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
• MBA from a premium business school with 4-6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, sales operations, or business management roles.
Skills & Competencies
• Analytical Expertise: Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling presentations and influence stakeholders.
• Leadership & Ownership: High degree of accountability, with a proactive approach to driving results and managing priorities.
• Project Management: Expertise in managing complex projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to align diverse teams and foster a culture of teamwork.
• Tech Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
