Your Opportunity

  • Manage diverse inquiries from internal stakeholders related to candidates assessment experiences.
  • Understand and investigate customer inquiries received via phone and email from the Customer Service team.
  • Collaborate with varied departments to thoroughly investigate customer issues.
  • Utilize customer relations skills to take ownership of inquiries and deliver positive outcomes.
  • Contribute to process improvement by providing feedback and suggesting ways to avoid future customer issues.
  • Potentially engage with clients and assist with exciting projects.
  • Work a regular full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, 5 days per week.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent level qualifications (minimum required). A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Experience: Experience training, teaching, or coaching is desired.
