Skillset Required:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, business or similar field
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification
Responsibilities
- End to end Project planning and coordination (Activities and Resources)
- Responsible for overall projects processes and deliverables
- Project onboarding, daily tracking of performance, proactive communication and escalation management
- Project kick-off, weekly governance, documentation, reports, and dashboards
- Process and Service Improvements documentation and tracking action with internal teams
- Escalate timely to next levels and ensure no slippage of task
- Daily status reporting to Program Manager
