Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
- Maintain reception area appearance to ensure a tidy, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Operate visitor management systems for registrations, badges, and access control.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails with clarity and courtesy.
Customer Engagement & Support:
- Act as a point of contact for employee and visitor queries.
- Collect periodic feedback to enhance service standards.
- Assist in resolving complaints or service disruptions with a customer-centric approach.
Facility & Event Coordination:
- Support coordination and execution of internal events, meetings, and leadership visits.
- Ensure readiness of meeting rooms and common areas.
- Conduct basic facility inspections and assist with safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Maintain event trackers and assist with logistics for catering, tech support, and guest coordination.
Inventory & Vendor Management:
- Maintain inventory of front-desk supplies and ensure operational readiness.
- Liaise with employees and vendors to provide updates on amenities, events, and services.
- Collaborate with helpdesk to ensure timely resolution of service tickets.
