Role Overview
The Program Manager – Academics will be responsible for managing and driving the success of assigned postgraduate programs. The role focuses on ensuring strong academic quality, seamless program delivery, learner success, and portfolio performance in terms of enrollments, engagement, and ROI.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end performance of assigned academic programs
- Establish and monitor quality standards and academic processes
- Ensure timely release and effectiveness of academic plans and deliverables
- Define and streamline workflows, SOPs, and operational processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery
- Track and resolve operational gaps impacting learner experience
- Work closely with marketing and admissions teams to drive enrollments
- Support campaign planning and program promotions
- Monitor conversion metrics and optimize enrollment performance
- Drive learner engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives
- Monitor student progression and reduce attrition
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality learner journey
- Track key metrics such as enrollments, engagement, completion, and ROI
- Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities
- Share insights and reports with leadership
- Support new program launches including curriculum inputs and positioning
- Identify opportunities for new courses based on market trends
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance learning delivery
