Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Professor of Finance at Chandigarh University, located in Mohali district. The selected candidate will deliver lectures, design and update syllabi, guide students academically, and supervise research projects related to finance. Responsibilities also include contributing to curriculum development, conducting workshops, publishing scholarly research, and participating in academic committees. Mentorship of students and collaboration with faculty on interdisciplinary initiatives are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Finance, Corporate Finance, and Economics
• Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices
• Experience in conducting academic or industry Research in related fields
• A Ph.D. or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• Outstanding teaching, mentoring, and academic leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in higher education and industry is highly valued
