Job Description

Provide technical assistance to Operations on EagleView products via Escalated incidents
Perform advanced problem analysis and isolate problems of a complex level of difficulty.
Monitor and Troubleshoot applications in production servers hosted on AWS
Work with cross functional teams and external vendors as needed
Work to develop internal tools and automation
Publish articles in our in-house knowledgebase
Able to learn a wide variety of technologies at a rapid pace
Willing to work in rotational shifts (Including Weekends), primarily night shifts
Understanding of EagleView mission and corporate objectives and ability to apply this knowledge within EagleView while working on incidents.

Experience with one or more scripting languages (Bash, Python, JavaScript, Powershell, etc.)
Experience with using monitoring tools like Datadog, Kibana, etc.
Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL or other Relational Databases
Knowledge of Docker containers and Kubernetes
Basic knowledge of Object Oriented Programming
Experience in managing troubleshooting issues in Cloud environment, AWS
Knowledge of NoSQL databases like DynamoDB.
Knowledge of basic networking concepts.
Exposure to working in an Agile/Scrum environment
