We are looking for a Senior Java L3 Production Support Specialist to join a fast-paced, business-critical environment supporting front-office applications. The role involves working closely with development, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure system stability, rapid issue resolution, and continuous service improvement. Your tasks
- Supporting and maintaining front-office production systems to ensure high availability and reliability
- Troubleshooting complex application and system issues and providing timely resolutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze incidents and implement permanent fixes
- Communicating clearly with stakeholders regarding incidents, resolutions, and system status
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes and operational stability
Requirements
- Holds a minimum of 7 years of experience in at least one object-oriented programming language (Java or Python preferred)
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
- Experience working in dynamic, high-pressure production support environments
- Prior exposure to supporting front-office systems or a strong willingness to take on such challenges
- Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
