Production Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 / L2 production support for AI and analytics applications across Production, UAT, and Development environments.
• Monitor application health, job execution, and data pipelines to proactively detect issues.
• Handle incident intake, triage, investigation, and resolution within defined SLAs.
• Perform log analysis, data validation, and basic debugging for production issues.
• Coordinate with L3 engineering teams for escalations and issue resolution.
• Maintain proper incident documentation and runbooks.

Required Skills

Experience supporting production applications or analytics platforms (3+ years)

Strong knowledge of Python-based production systems

Hands-on experience with SQL and data validation

Familiarity with data pipelines and analytics workflows

Experience with incident management tools like ServiceNow

Strong stakeholder communication skills

Preferred: Experience supporting AI/Analytics platforms such as Dataiku.
