Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Engineer role based in Surat, Gujarat. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes, implementing production plans, and ensuring high standards of quality control. Responsibilities also include analyzing operational processes to identify areas of improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient communication and workflow on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Production Engineering and Production Planning
• Strong Analytical Skills for improving processes and solving problems
• Experience in Quality Control to maintain and uphold product and operational standards
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in on-site environments and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications or training in production management or quality assurance are a plus
