Product Specialist- Medical Devices

Overview

Responsible for driving sales in a specific region, achieving targets, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Involves strategy, team coordination, and market analysis to maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Plan and execute strategies to meet revenue and market share goals; track performance and competitor activity; set team targets.
  • Customer Management: Build relationships with doctors, surgeons, and hospital staff; resolve issues; provide ongoing support and visits.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities, analyze market trends, and expand into new segments; share insights with management.
  • Product Promotion: Educate healthcare professionals, conduct demos/workshops, and support marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting: Monitor sales and provide regular performance reports.
