This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Manager based in Hyderabad. The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing the digital sales platform, developing and executing e-commerce strategies, analyzing online sales data for optimization, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring smooth end-to-end sales processes. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand presence online and driving initiatives to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

• Strong E-commerce expertise and experience in managing online sales platforms
• Proficient in Sales and Marketing strategies and practices
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal collaboration
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and optimize digital marketing efforts
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales objectives
• Relevant experience in solar energy or renewable energy is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under deadlines
