80,000 1,20,000 per month(Based on experience & capability)
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Control (PPC)
- Prepare detailed production plans based onconfirmed orders, sales forecasts, production capacity, and material availability.
- Ensureend-to-end follow-upof sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing as per the production plan.
- Implement effective planning systems toreduce Plan vs Actual variance.
- Monitordaily productionand preparesection-wise daily production reports.
- Prepareweekly factory planningand conductclosure meetingswith the Production Manager.
- Ensure all orders areexecuted and delivered on timeas per buyer commitments.
- Provideline-wise production planning reports.
- Preparehourly output reportsandweekly performance reports.
Industrial Engineering (IE) & Costing
- Work outstitching cost and thread consumption costfor garments.
- Improve garment construction efficiency by usingfolders, guides, and attachments.
- Provide special technical inputs tocutting and embroidery sectionsfor specific styles.
- Suggest process improvements to make thefinishing operation smoother and faster.
- Plan and analyzeSAM (Standard Allowed Minutes) line-wise and style-wise.
- Reviewline setting, balance operations, and guide corrections where required.
- Preparestyle-wise operation bulletinsand ensure correct implementation on the shop floor.
Buyer & Product Exposure
- Must have experience handlingDomestic as well as Export buyers.
- Strong understanding ofwoven/knits garment production processes.
- Ability to work closely withmerchandising, production, IE, and quality teams.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge ofPPC systems, IE techniques, and garment costing
- Excellentproduction tracking and reporting skills
- Hands-on experience inline balancing and efficiency improvement
- Leadership and coordination skills
- Proficient inExcel / production MI
