Salary Range:
80,000 1,20,000 per month (Based on experience & capability)
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Control (PPC)
- Prepare detailed production plans based on confirmed orders, sales forecasts, production capacity, and material availability.
- Ensure end-to-end follow-up of sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing as per the production plan.
- Implement effective planning systems to reduce Plan vs Actual variance.
- Monitor daily production and prepare section-wise daily production reports.
- Prepare weekly factory planning and conduct closure meetings with the Production Manager.
- Ensure all orders are executed and delivered on time as per buyer commitments.
- Provide line-wise production planning reports.
- Prepare hourly output reports and weekly performance reports.
Industrial Engineering (IE) & Costing
- Work out stitching cost and thread consumption cost for garments.
- Improve garment construction efficiency by using folders, guides, and attachments.
- Provide special technical inputs to cutting and embroidery sections for specific styles.
- Suggest process improvements to make the finishing operation smoother and faster.
- Plan and analyze SAM (Standard Allowed Minutes) line-wise and style-wise.
- Review line setting, balance operations, and guide corrections where required.
- Prepare style-wise operation bulletins and ensure correct implementation on the shop floor.
Buyer & Product Exposure
- Must have experience handling Domestic as well as Export buyers.
- Strong understanding of woven/knits garment production processes.
- Ability to work closely with merchandising, production, IE, and quality teams.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of PPC systems, IE techniques, and garment costing
- Excellent production tracking and reporting skills
- Hands-on experience in line balancing and efficiency improvement
- Leadership and coordination skills
- Proficient in Excel / production MI
