Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager based in Mumbai. The Production Manager will oversee production processes, ensure the efficient use of resources, and maintain quality standards for fire safety systems. Responsibilities include developing production schedules, managing inventory, coordinating with cross-functional teams, supervising production staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. The role also requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production process management and scheduling, including workflow optimization and resource allocation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in quality control and assurance practices to ensure adherence to high production standards and regulatory compliance.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency and process improvement.
• Familiarity with manufacturing in the automotive or safety equipment sectors is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is required; advanced certifications in production management are a plus.
