This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager, located in Mumbai. The Production Manager will manage production workflows, ensure quality standards, and coordinate within teams to meet timelines and goals. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end production processes, managing resources efficiently, maintaining quality control protocols, and collaborating with design teams to execute creative vision effectively. The role requires hands-on involvement in supervising operations and addressing production challenges promptly and effectively.

• Strong production and manufacturing management skills, including workflow coordination and resource optimization.
• Proficiency in quality control processes and attention to detail to maintain high product standards.
• Excellent team leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving capability to address production challenges efficiently.
• Experience in apparel or fashion production and knowledge of industry-specific trends is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai with a focus on delivering high-quality output on time.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Production Management, Fashion Manufacturing, or a relevant field.
