This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Mumbai. The Production Manager will oversee the jewelry production process, monitor quality control, ensure timely delivery of orders, and manage a team of craftsmen and designers. They will work closely with clients, practice effective cost management, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain high-quality, ethically sourced materials. Additional responsibilities include optimizing workflow, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing innovative production techniques to enhance efficiency and precision.

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Experience in jewelry production, manufacturing processes, and quality control
• Understanding of ethical sourcing practices, materials, and trends in the jewelry industry
• Out-of-the-box problem-solving and production optimization skills
• Excellent communication skills for client collaboration and supplier coordination
• Flexibility to work on-site in Mumbai and adapt to dynamic production needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Jewelry Design, or a related field (Preferred)
• Prior experience in a leadership role within the jewelry or luxury goods industry is highly advantageous
