Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role located in Gurugram. The Production Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the production process to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met. Daily responsibilities include monitoring production schedules, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, managing the operations team, overseeing inventory, and ensuring compliance with quality and workplace safety standards. The role also involves enhancing productivity, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the company. Experience in an apparel company is a MUST.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, process optimization, and resource management
• Strong knowledge of quality control, inventory management, and workplace safety regulations
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Proven leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams effectively
• Proficiency in production management software and tools is preferred
• Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers, vendors, and team members
• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
• Prior experience in fashion production and familiarity with customization processes is a plus
