Intoduction:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Workshop/Production Manager, based in Delhi, India. The Workshop Manager will oversee daily workshop operations, manage a team of skilled technicians, and ensure high-quality craftsmanship and timely project delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, maintaining equipment and tools, and ensuring adherence to safety and operating standards. The role also involves engaging with clients to understand design requirements and providing updates on project progress. Workshop Manager will also be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, from planning to product manufacturing, efficiently. He will coordinate activities, manage resources and maintain quality standards to meet production goals & deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Schedule Monthly, Weekly & Daily Tasks.
Plan & track production schedule, resource allocation and efficient workflow.
Manage the budget, monitor production costs & implement cost-saving strategies.
Maintain product quality and establish quality control procedures
Motivate & manage production staff
Address production issues & provide guidance to mitigate risks
Ensure safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols & conducting risk assessments
Coordinate & communicate with cross-function team (design, engineering & sales)
Identify & implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity & quality.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in automotive engineering or related fields with at least 1-2 years of experience.

Clear in communication with stake holders
Understanding of safety protocols, tool and equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
Ability to analyze production data, identify problems and develop effective solutions.
Strong ability to plan and schedule production and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of budget, cost control & finance management
Familiar with production processed viz. Metal Fabrication, cutting, grinding, turning, milling, welding, shaping, forming, pressing and bending.
